We go for new challenges together and these will be your main responsibilities, you
• contribute to work processes monitoring, benchmarking, continuous improvement and driving these improvements in maintenance execution from start to end, so introducing new ideas and be the driver for these ideas to be worked out.
• ensure the local coordination of SAP processes: definition, implementation and monitoring towards data quality and continuous improvement.
• coach the daily maintenance execution processes to reach most efficient execution and allow a transparent monitoring and reporting on local level.
• will lead the daily maintenance execution team, ensuring a uniform way of working between different disciplines and act as internal trainer and coach in your area of expertise .
• act as a link between production and maintenance to create more awareness about shortcomings in the execution process.
• collaborate with different stakeholders (Plant Availability & Turnaround team, Maintenance Management and production teams to work around our priorities and improvement solutions in order to contributes to increased competitiveness and efficiency of our plants.
About you
We are looking for a new talent who:
- has a master diploma in Engineering with already working experience in a technical environment (maintenance or engineering) or equivalent 5-10 years of working experience in a maintenance department, preferably in a chemical industry.
- shows a hands-on mentality.
- masters Dutch and English on a professional level.
- preferably has a first experience in leading a team or as a technical trainer/coach.
- carries stakeholder management close to the heart and can build and maintain internal networks.
- leads by example when it comes to safety and integrity.
