Long term planner/MOC Coordinator

For our site in Geleen, we are looking for an MOC Coordinator/Long term planner. In this role you are responsible for executing the continuous improvement projects / initiatives of the plant.
You independently monitor the changes that are appointed to you, this means from concept to “after care”.
When dealing with this, you always work according to our HSSE standards and (Management Of Change (MOC) procedures.
Your contribution makes a difference!
• You prioritize, approve and optimize Change Work Orders (CWO).
• You have full responsibility in preparing change packages, taking into account and prioritizing cost/benefit analysis, best available technologies, safety and conformity with local legal procedures and our internal guideline/procedures.
• You select, order and check the necessary equipment and services necessary to support ongoing and new changes.
• In execution phase of changes, you lead all relevant disciplines (planning/coordination/follow-up) on top of that you make sure that work preparation and assistance of technical experts is taken care of and available.
• When MOC is implemented, you are the key responsible for commissioning/punch-listing/start-up in order to guarantee a safe and efficient start up.
• You keep an overview of all requested/relevant/upcoming/implemented changes and monitor the documentation and certificates necessary.
About you

Because you have
• a Bachelor ’s degree mechanical engineering (HBO) with min. 5-7 years relevant working experience, (out of which) 3-years of experience in a coordinating/planning role within the (chemical) process industry
• master Dutch and English on a professional level
• standard knowledge of software packages (MS Office, SAP, …)
• knowledge of design standards (ASME, ANSI, TEMA, AREI) , expertise in legal requirements (machine directives, CE Marking, ATEX, etc.) are seen as an extra.
As a person you
• have a high load of HSE awareness, a hands-on/”I can do” mentality with a healthy sense of responsibility
• are an analytical and conceptual master brain
Through your self-discipline you dot the I’s, work independently, very accurate and systematic (planning is your second nature).
