We value open communication, initiative, and engagement.  As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you  take full ownership of the recruitment process, working alongside hiring managers to find the perfect fit.  

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Leading recruitments from crafting job profiles to candidate pre-boarding
• Conducting, managing, and optimizing applicant management processes 
• Building and maintaining a talent pool for key positions
• Developing and driving local employer branding initiatives
• Collaborating on exciting People & Culture projects
• Acting as the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders

About you

We’re eager to meet you if you’ve built a solid background in Human Resources, especially with a passion for recruitment. Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors? That’s a fantastic plus! Experience in the chemical industry and working in international settings? Another bonus!

• A proactive, independent mindset in your work
• Fluency in English and Dutch
