Borealis IT&S is hiring a Coach who feels inspired when creating balance and harmony between people management and resource allocation.  Who is ready to act in a key role, a line management position that includes an attractive range of challenging aspects.

  • Manage and optimize the internal & external resource allocation when staffing projects and/or service teams
  • Make sure that our people have the relevant competencies & behaviour available – both from a short & long term needs perspective
  • Facilitate people to reach their full potential by focusing on competence building & personal development
  • Ensure to have the “right & engaged people on the bus” for a “high performing IT&S organization

About you

You therefore have :


  • a proven ability to coach and inspire people in a virtual and multi-cultural setting 
  • a strong interest and passion when it comes to remote coaching, interpersonal understanding and team building
  • a strong focus on communication
  • influencing skills with the ability to communicate ‘difficult’ messages
  • fluency in English (spoken, written, literacy)


You are the right candidate for this position if you have 


  • a master degree in computer science or engineering, economics, HR or psychology
  • a significant experience of at least 5 years in similar roles
  • been working in a multinational environment for more than 10 years
  • knowledge of HR procedures & practices
