What are the tasks we need an expert for?
- Be a sparring partner for our Line Managers for P&C subjects concerning the location Linz
- Deal with people management topics of all kinds on operative and strategic level
- Build a link to our global P&C organization, assure high quality support towards the business by contributing to P&C projects, by implementing, using and developing people processes, systems and tools, adapting those to the needs of the local organization
- Act as a change agent and support, guide and monitor the implementation of new processes to assure an P&C structure that facilitates innovation, motivation, performance and people development within the local organisation.
- Act as an P&C consultant, as an expert in P&C matters and as a coach. Be an enabler and communicator, facilitating a good cooperation with your stakeholders, our works council, and P&C colleagues. You are part of the local leadership team, and ensure that internal as well as legal requirements are met.
- As a role model, you represent our Borealis Values and ensure that those and our People Principles are taken into account.
About you
You are able to exceed in this exciting role if you are a relationship building, reliable, communicative team player with high customer orientation, ability to coach and to manage complex and cross-functional P&C related processes and willingness to support managers with your advice and professional expertise in people management decisions. The role requires excellent language skills, both in English and in German, a relevant master’s degree and about 5 or more years of relevant experience. Our wish list would additionally include proven labour law skills. We highly appreciate applications from P&C Business Partners and P&C Generalists with industry experience as well as from colleagues bringing the relevant labour law knowledge from agency, labour law or tax consultancy.

We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 77.543,90 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
