As a Local IT Coordinator (as part of the Digital Solutions organization) your ultimate goal is to ensure that our IT Services are delivered to our Belgium and Netherlands locations (of Mechelen, Beringen, Antwerp, Kallo & Geleen) in the most optimal and customer friendly way. Capturing IT needs from the locations and bringing them into out Digital Solutions department and visa versa as well as making sure existing IT services are delivered optimally with customer satisfaction in mind.
 

In your role you will:
 

• Ensure the service fulfillment for local IT/OT services according the defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance as well as following-up on the performance of local field support services and drive a continuous improvement
• Support implementation projects for the respective locations
• Provide direct support to VIP users
• Take a coordinating role in solving complex issues involving multiple teams and vendors
• Follow-up on the performance of local field support services and drive a continuous improvement
• Actively seek feedback from local leaders regarding Digital Solutions performance as well as new business needs

About you

• You have a Master degree in Computer science with at least 5 years of working experience in IT. Experience working in industrial or manufacturing companies is a must.
   
• You have good knowledge of IT Infrastructure (network, client management, ..) as well as standard software packages (MS Office, Windows, ..)
• You are solution oriented and make sure the most optimal service is delivered taking into account business requirements as well as our IT standards and procedures
• You are able to independently coordinate topics between multiple teams, service providers and stakeholders
• You should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch. 
• You are stress-resistant and a networking champion, have a strong drive with a “exceed” mentality yet are a true team player, demonstrating high levels of integrity and ethics. 
• As a Local IT Coordinator for Belgium and the Netherlands you will be travelling between the different locations on daily basis
