  • are first in line to provide technical advice and expertise to our customers and balance internal and external needs 
  • initiate and drive technical innovations which are strategically important to Borealis and our key customers
  • closely teamwork with your colleagues in Sales, Marketing, R&D, Production with your advice and detailed reports
  • stay in close contact with our OEM and 1st Tier customers to provide innovative solutions pro-actively
  • continuously expand your expertise about the polyolefin market as well as products and gather knowledge about all developments in this area    

About you


You are tech-savvy and hold an technical academic degree (e. g. plastics engineering). A plus is if you’ve been working in the automotive-plastics area for at least 2 years. Knowledge of this international market would help getting into the role very fast. But naturally the multinational team and a dedicated mentor will support you by gaining the know-how and insights you need to get started quickly.

You are an outgoing and conversational person (m/f/d), who has a good sense for identifying and capturing new opportunities. In addition you have the ability to mobilize people to get things done and are a strong team player. Since travel is required you also like being on the road and spending time at customers’ sites frequently. 

You’re profile is rounded off with fluent language skills in German and English.
