Are you a development and customer service minded person who enjoys working with employee topics? Are you a reliable person that is excited about numbers and data compliance? Then you might be the Employee Services Officer we are looking for in our Human Resources team in Stenungsund.

 

With this role, you are able to work with payroll runs in addition to supporting employees in versatile employment topics in their everyday lives. Our Employee Services team is a vital part of our local and group HR so interest towards various topics in human resources is also valued. Our Employee Services Officer are the drivers of efficiency in HR Services through actively contributing to continuous improvement within their respective area of expertise.

 

The main responsibilities include:

 

  • Ensuring correct and timely implementation of all HR measures for employees from entry to exit in accordance with local legislation and internal processes.
  • Being responsible for payroll runs, together with the Employer Service Specialist, and payment of correct salaries in time for all employees. Facilitating data entries in Time Writing systems, personnel data management and taking care of organizational management in SAP. 
  • Preparation of various reports, documentation, and ensuring high quality of data with regular quality checks and corrections. 
  • Being an expert in certain local/regional processes and ensuring compliance, documentation, education and communication of this competence area in the team and location.
  • Being member internal networks (Key User Network) and active involvement in projects in own area of expertise.

 

About you

 

We expect you to have a bachelor degree in economics, law or social sciences and 2-3 years of relevant work experience or professional expertise acquired otherwise. Expertise in payroll processes and personnel administration ensures success together with understanding of local labour legislations and collective labour agreements.

 

As Borealis is an international company, we expect you to have good Swedish and English communication skills. Additionally we expect good understanding of relevant IT tools (M365 & SAP), competency for data registration and analysis.
