If managing stakeholders and resources is a key competence of yours, then you will fit perfectly here. 

You will be part of a team handling all feedstock and products in and outbound from our production site, primary mode of transports are tanker vessels and pipeline. Your main tasks include planning goods movements, and being a proactive part in managing stock levels, but you will also be involved in activities related to material circularity, renewable, bio-feedstock, as it is high on our agenda, and something the team is an active part in, both locally and in a wider perspective in our company.

We work in an international setting with a strong local bond, thus you feel natural being the main point of contact for various stakeholders, internal and external. 

Coordination and administration of vessel calls at our terminals in Stenungsund is a vital part of the role, which make maritime education or experience highly valuable. Our business is active around the clock all days of the year, hence you will be part of an on-call schedule were you are the focal point.

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

• Experience in shipping / supply chain.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English, as 80% of our daily conversation is in English.
• Experience in working with SAP and MS Office tools is an advantage.
