We are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to provide proactive support for Group Controlling & Procurement. In this role, you will carry out a wide range of administrative activities as well as initiate, inform, organise, implement, research, verify and report independently.
In detail, you will:
• Read and analyse incoming correspondence to determine their significance and decide upon further action.
• Update and follow-up on delegated tasks on own initiative in order to keep deadlines.
• Provide routine administrative support, co-ordination and optimisation (e.g. travel arrangements, expense settlement, calendar and Inbox administration).
• Support, organise, research, co-ordinate and plan (international) meetings and events -including preparing material and pre-reading files, taking minutes during the meetings and/or action-points registry.
• Actively participate in an internal network and maintain contacts to have adequate information to fulfil the requirements of the role (e.g. contribution to Assistant Network).
About you
You are the right candidate for this role, if you have five to years of relevant work experience as a management assistant in an international corporate environment. You have excellent English language skills and you are used to work with MS Office & experience in ARIBA is a plus. Moreover, you are known for your excellent organising and planning skills and your ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR 46.080,00 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
It would be possible to fill this role with two part-time positions.
