To strengthen the Rewards team in our Head Office in Vienna, we are looking for a Group Expert, Reward who will be responsible for the development and implementation as well as governance of group wide Reward processes and instructions and support the knowledge transfer to the HR community. Furthermore, the incumbent will strongly focus on group-wide reward projects and lead them. This role will report directly to the Head of Reward.


In this exciting role, your tasks will include:


  • Manage and execute Rewards projects and projects related to relevant IT Tool Implementation with full responsibility for project budgets.
  • Be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the global process related to Reward and related tools.
  • Support the decision-making process on complex Compensation & Benefit topics with a high strategic/ financial impact.
  • Be responsible for proactively implementing, monitoring and governing agreed Group processes and instructions in liaison with Regional Services Managers and HRLT – and from time to time with other internal partners such as Legal, Communications, and Finance.
  • Support the annual BIP, LTIP and Merit Process planning and execution; Group Car Policy accuracy and network coordination. Also be responsible for Organizational Instructions for Global Reward around these topics.
  • Provide cross-border advice on Reward topics.
  • Organize and execute tender processes in connection with contracts for Reward projects with service providers.


About you


As our preferred candidate, you fulfill the following requirements:


  • A master’s degree in business administration or law and/or 10+ years of Reward experience 
  • A successful track-record managing projects in an international/multicultural environment with demonstrated understanding of service delivery excellence 
  • Business fluency in English (our corporate language) 
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems and processes
  • Strong organizational and analytic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Following Austrian law regulations, we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the applicable collective labour agreement starting at EUR 100.800 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
