HR Business Partner, Asset Technology & Growth Projects (m/f/d)

Location: Austria - Vienna

Hours: Full-Time

Type of Contract: Temporary until 30 June 2023

Our Joint Ventures & Growth Projects business group is made up of globally mobile teams. Together they shape strong Joint Venture alliances to create value together; enhance our Asset Technology to sustain our leading position; and deliver Major Growth Projects safely, at cost & on time. HR BP Asset Technology & Growth Projects is a dynamic and exciting role, siting at the heart of our JV & GP Business Group and acting as a member of the Asset Technology & I-PMO Leadership Team(s). 

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive the annual people agenda, steering change initiatives, and providing support and coaching to Stream Leadership Teams & assigned managers on all people & organisational matters
  • Support and develop the critical capabilities needed to realise Borealis’ Growth & Transformation ambitions within our centres of excellence for Applied Technology and Project Management Processes, building cross functional pipelines to assure optimal talent flow and career opportunities for our People 
  • Work with People Mobility team to assure that International Assignments to Growth Project Teams and our Joint Ventures run flawlessly and are applied in a fair and consistent way across the Group
  • Support the development and execution of a communication roadmap to generate engagement and excitement in our Growth Journey and the opportunities available to support this within our BG
  • Act as culture & behaviour champion for all parties; assuring equal focus is given to ”how” as well as “what” to improve cross culture / border deliverables

About you

Are you up for a fascinating challenge as HR BP Asset Technology & Growth Projects within our Joint Venture & Growth Projects team? Do you have an international mind-set, cross-cultural awareness and experience in working in a multi-national company? Are you recognised as a customer-oriented and relationship-focussed individual?
The ideal candidate will have a broad HR generalist background gained over 10+ years of professional work experience within an international HR environment. In addition, they should be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Global People Mobility practices and have experience of Operational and Strategic Workforce Planning.

We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 82.400 annual gross salary and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
