Join us as an IT Solutions Expert (Business Intelligence) in the Borouge International Head Office in Vienna, and play a key role in shaping the future of our analytics landscape. In this position, you will partner with business stakeholders and Digital Solutions teams to design, optimize, and deliver data-driven solutions that support critical supply chain and finance processes. By leveraging technologies such as SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Analysis for Office, you will help transform business requirements into impactful insights, enabling better decision-making and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Solution Design: Translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions using SAP and BI technologies.
- Data Modeling & Engineering: Design data models, data flows, and analytical queries that enable scalable reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Transform business reporting needs into robust BI solutions supporting operational and performance management.
- Strategy & Roadmaps: Contribute to the evolution of the analytics landscape by leveraging SAP, automation, and AI capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with process experts, data owners, and IT stakeholders to deliver integrated and standardized BI solutions.
About you
You are a business-focused Business Intelligence professional who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights. Combining strong analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset, you can bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that reporting and analytics solutions create real value. You thrive in cross-functional environments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and are passionate about improving processes through data, automation, and modern analytics tools.
What you Bring:
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, including data modeling, ADSOs, queries, and ETL processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office for reporting, dashboards, and planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and data flows, including planning, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
- Ability to translate business requirements into BI solutions and meaningful KPI-driven analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and stakeholder groups.

We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR 63.200 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
