We are on a mission to elevate our global efficiency, and we need a dynamic leader to spearhead digital transformation—including experimenting with AI. As a Digital Improvement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in reshaping how we harness data to enhance our global supply chain, enabling Borealis to lead in cost efficiency and service excellence.
What You’ll Do:


As our Digital Improvement Manager, you will:

  • Lead & Innovate: Manage and guide cross-functional, international projects and task forces.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Transform how we leverage and present data to optimize processes and drive decision-making across the business.
  • KPI Focused: Identify high-impact projects from visualized KPIs (e.g. Power BI) to steer business strategy.
  • Optimize Operations: Connect the dots between data sources to develop a holistic view, improving global supply chain and product management processes.
  • Explore AI: Lead teams in exploring AI-driven insights, uncovering trends, dependencies, and opportunities within complex data sets.
  • Champion Change: Serve as a change ambassador, driving end-to-end improvements and pioneering innovative solutions within Borealis and its Joint Ventures.

About you

You’re the ideal fit for this role if you:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, IT or a related field.
  • Have a proven track record in project management (preferred IT-related), particularly across international teams.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis (Knowledge of AI is a plus!).
  • Have a deep understanding of continuous improvement and change management practices.
  • Are passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovation.
  • Have the ambition and capability to grow within a matrix organization, leading teams across global operations.
  • Are fluent in business English (German is not required).

Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience and the specifics of the country/location you apply for.

Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law , we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 79.040 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
