Are you ready to take on a temporary challenge within our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team?
Do you have experience in raw material scheduling and planning? For a temporary assignment until the end of this year, we are looking for a Raw Material Scheduler to take ownership of the planning and supply of Octene, a key raw material used in our plants in Geleen.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a reliable and efficient supply of Octene, working closely with colleagues across SCM, procurement, and logistics. You are expected to work on-site in Geleen approximately one day per week.

As a Raw Material Scheduler (RMS), you will:

• • Manage ordering and follow-up of Octene deliveries, ensuring continuity of supply to our production processes.
  • Translate production schedules into a clear and actionable raw material plan, including deliveries to site or external storage.
  • Monitor tank levels and proactively adjust deliveries to maintain stock within defined safety limits at all times.
  • Optimize order quantities and inventory levels, minimizing slow-moving stock while ensuring accuracy in goods receipt.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for storage and handling requirements.
  • Work closely with procurement and the wider European raw material network to improve processes, service levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain and optimize planning parameters in SAP/S4H to support system-driven scheduling.

About you

You hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics (or equivalent) and have experience in a similar planning or scheduling role. Experience in a (petro)chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial environment is a strong plus, as well as working within an international supply chain context.

You are fluent in Dutch and communicate professionally in English. You have a solid working knowledge of Excel, and experience with SAP/S4H is considered an asset.
