Customer Service Representative
    Perform essential CSR activities for domestic Customers as well as in overseas territory, requiring maritime and air logistics.
    Order entry and Billing
    Responsible for Customer satisfaction by facilitating order execution of domestic and international trade sales orders, and deliveries (road, rail, maritime and air shipments) in line with business requirements.  
    Facilitate seamless (efficient) collaboration between Sales, Borealis plants, Shared Service organisation, 3rd party service providers, and BOSC functions to achieve & sustain industry leading export service 
    Contribute to successful sales growth in domestic and international trade scenarios by continuous improvement and project participation. 

Responsibilities:
    Contribute to successful sales and supply chain.
    Manage the execution of orders and deliveries for assigned portfolio for both 
    Proactively intervene to facilitate service as promised with respect to delivery, documentation and payment services.
    Responsible to use Customer and professional insight to take initiative for improving collaboration, system, process and execution performance based upon defects, customer requirements 
    Invest in effective professional relationship across a diverse network including sales teams, 3rd party providers, finance and treasury, Logistics, Planning and Site logistics among others. 
    Responsible for accurate calculation and payment of consignment stock.
    Responsible for accurate, efficient and timely completion of domestic (road and rail), maritime and air shipments to assigned Customer portfolio
    Obtains ertificates from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment and ensures that all domestic, import/export documentation meets legal requirements
    Provide excellent and timely customer service by informing customers of the status of their shipments

About you

Requirements:
    Software Experience: Strong Microsoft Office and SAP4 skills are a must
    Achievement oriented
    Bachelor degree  or combination of High school degree plus applicable secondary education + min. 3 years´experience in Customer Service
    Proficiency in English, additional language and culture experience is a plus
    Teamwork and Co-Operation
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
    Commercial Awareness
    Customer Orientation & Relationship 
    Strong listening & communication skills
