We are currently looking for a Local Social Compliance Manager to determine, establish, maintain and execute the Social Compliance and Human Rights Framework in our Kallo Location as well as in the Benelux operations. In this role, you will identify regulatory & social compliance risks and you will advise the locations on design and implementation of regulatory and legal compliance processes and controls to mitigate such risks.

Your tasks and responsibilites are:

• Establishes and Executes Framework: Determines the regional social compliance ambition level by establishing, maintaining, and executing the Social Compliance and Human Rights framework in the respective region.
• Identifies and Mitigates Risks: Identifies regional regulatory and social compliance risks and advises on the design and implementation of regulatory and legal compliance processes and controls to mitigate these risks, especially in areas like employment, immigration, and cross-border legislation.
• Equips Stakeholders: Provides relevant stakeholders with country-specific overviews, tools, and techniques to ensure adherence and implementation of required actions.
• Promotes Awareness and Training: Ensures awareness among internal and external stakeholders on social compliance matters and related regulations through training, internal initiatives, and communication efforts like newsletters.
• Monitors and Collaborates: Organizes and/or executes local audits to ensure adherence to the social compliance framework, monitors and reports on the effectiveness of local controls, and actively collaborates with the global social compliance network to continuously improve and sharpen the social compliance ambition through shared lessons and best practices.

About you

• Master degree in a Legal, Business, Risk, International Affairs, Human Resources or similar area
• Hands-on experience in EU and national regulations concerning labour law, immigration, social security and posted workers directive matters. 
• Broad knowledge on ESG requirements
• Fluency in English and Dutch 
• minimum 7 years relevant working experience discipline in an international setting
• good understanding of the main business processes
