We are currently looking for a Team Leader Customer Service (m/f/d) in Linz. In this role you contribute to and carry out the Customer Service Strategy & mission in the respective team and Industry Cluster Network. The Customer Service Team Leader is a dual role of Customer Service Representative and Team Leader with 30 – 40 % of functional/people leader responsibilities.
Your tasks will be:
• to lead up to 15 CSRs in one location to perform role & provide services per agreed service catalogue & functional guidelines
• to act as people focused leader and create an environment for continuous improvement within the assigned team
• to ensure that Customer Service levels and KPI targets are delivered within the assigned Customer Portfolio, IC of the team, ensure consistency and continuity in the CS operation
• to ensure that the team has the desired level of capabilities and competences for all activities to be performed by the team – facilitated by appropriate development plans
• to contribute to functional and IC projects, lead small improvement initiatives
About you
You are the right candidate for this role, if you have finished your Bachelor Degree or equivalent or combination of High school degree + applicable secondary education (in economics or supply chain) and at least 5 years’ experience in Customer Service. Furthermore, you enjoy leading teams in have at least three years of applicable experience in managing people. You are fluent in English and last but not least, you are good at strong network building and maintenance, people leadership and having excellent communication skills.

We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 58.199,96 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
