We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Mobility & Appliances Lead to join one of our European hubs. Reporting to the VP PPCo Europe and leading a lean team of 3-5 direct reports, you will shape and deliver the growth agenda for our European PPCo Mobility & Appliances portfolio. You will connect global strategy with regional execution, and will steer portfolio decisions and investment priorities to increase profitability, and unlock mid- and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Define and deliver the regional marketing strategy aligned with P&L targets and growth ambitions.
- Market & Customer Insight: Build a deep understanding of European customer and market needs, and turn regional insights into portfolio strategy and executable growth plans.
- Compliance: Ensure every portfolio and strategic decision upholds company values, ethics and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration: Connect key functions such as Sales, Product Portfolio Mgmt., Innovation, Planning and Business Optimization around an executable portfolio plan.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team which understands European market needs and delivers on our regional execution plans.
About you
You are a customer-focused, people-oriented integrator who connects market needs, product lines and functions to turn complex commercial and financial signals into coordinated action. You create alignment across the organization, challenge constructively and bring stakeholders along to execute business initiatives and deliver mid- and long-term growth.
Your Profile and Skill Set:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA, or Finance background is an advantage).
- Solid experience and business exposure across commercial, supply chain, or operations environments, ideally in chemical or FMCG industries.
- Proven strength in portfolio strategy, strategic marketing leadership, and growth planning incl. proven credentials in commercial launches, and end-to-end product innovation cycles.
- Strong financial and analytical judgement across P&L, ROI, capital allocation and scenario analysis.
- Ability to translate market and competitive intelligence into clear priorities.
- Skilled cross-functional influencer across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal/IPR and Innovation.
- Value-led leader who builds capability and champions ethics, accountability and long-term performance.

Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience and the specifics of the country/location you apply for. Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 108.000 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus.
