We are currently looking for a two temporary Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team in Kilpilahti, Porvoo.
As a Customer Service Representative you…
- Have the full responsibility for order creation, invoicing and correction documents according to Borealis Guidelines and Procedures
- Act as the interface to the customer and address customer´s supply and service needs in line with PO business strategies
- Supply timely and accurate response to any customer requests and keep the customer pro-actively informed about relevant status updates
- Work in close cooperation and alignment with Sales and other internal and external stakeholders for relevant business and customer information
- Pro-actively identify system and process improvement opportunities in order to improve service to customer or increase the efficiency and thus improve Borealis results
- Act as the first contact for issues, defects and complaints, respond to customer complaints and mitigate emotional and economic impact.
The roles are temporary substitutions until 31.12.2026.
About you
We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you recognize yourself in the following:
- You have successfully completed a business or commercial-related education.
- Fluency in either:
- English and Russian, or
- Finnish, Swedish and English.
Any additional language is considered an asset.
- Motivation to learn and work with various IT tools is key.
- You already have solid skills in commonly used tools such as MS Office.
- Problem-solving comes naturally to you, and you approach challenges with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Accuracy, results-orientation, and a passion for building strong professional relationships are part of your working style.
- Time management and self-organization help you stay calm and focused, even during busy moments.
We consider it a great plus if you already have a few years of experience in a relevant commercial or business administration area – but more than anything, we value your motivation, can-do attitude and eagerness to grow.
Our offer
You will be part of our Customer Service center in Kilpilahti, Porvoo. We are a team of about 15 colleagues, and our customers are mainly Nordic companies and Borealis’ European distributors. We have a great team spirit, and you will be supported by professional and helpful colleagues.
