Do you strive to get the best result by using your passion for helping our customers? Do you enjoy building relationships with them? Then this opportunity might be for you. We are currently looking for customer-oriented students to join our Customer Service team in Kilpilahti, Porvoo. 

 

You will be part of our Customer Service center in Kilpilahti, Porvoo. We are a team of about 15 colleagues, and our customers are mainly Nordic companies and Borealis’ European distributors. We have a great team spirit, and you will be supported by professional and helpful colleagues. 

 

 

As a trainee in Customer Service you…
 

  • Support with order creation, invoicing and other administrative tasks using SAP.

 

  • Act as the first point of contact towards customers and internal stakeholders using Salesforce and Teams.

 

  • Provide accurate response to any customer requests and keep the customer proactively informed about relevant status updates related to orders

About you

  • You are preferably studying a business or commercial related education. A problem-solving attitude is a real must! 
  • Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English is necessary in this role, any other language skill is seen as a plus.
  • You need to be motivated to learn SAP/S4 and Salesforce, as they are the primarily used tools in Borealis customer service.
  • You are accurate, results oriented and have great networking skills. Good time management, being self-organized, and stress resilience will help you to become successful in this role quickly
