We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Operations Controller to act as a financial business partner to the location leader and management team at our production site in Stenungsund. Join us and become an integral part of the Business Finance Operations team.

As an Operations Controller, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing financials, operations metrics, and driving finance processes in the location. Your key responsibilities include

• Assessing the impact of drivers and decisions on our income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Leading mid-term planning, forecasting and reporting processes in the location.
• Analyzing and processing data, tracking performance, and deriving optimization measures.
• Acting as a sparring partner for site management team.
• Preparing investment appraisal for projects up to EUR 800k
• Monitoring progress of capex projects and ensuring timely completion notices.
• Leading and participating in group-wide improvement projects within Business Finance.
• Administering functional strategy documents and updates of operative instructions.

About you

We are looking for a candidate who has an educational background or relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with additional job experience. If you possess strong analytical skills and want to make a difference, we would love to see your application!
Furthermore, we appreciate if you:

• Bring experience in performance analysis & controlling, forecasting & planning, and business modeling. 
• Have experience from manufacturing industry. 
• Have knowledge of Accounting standards IFRS and local GAAP.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Business Warehouse.
• Ideally, have skills in building PowerBI dashboards.
