In the role, you will support the establishing, monitoring, and improving the Borealis Compliance Management System, including Data Protection. You will support ensuring operations align with Borealis Values and Ethics & Integrity Policy, assessing and mitigating risks, and advise management and employees on compliance and ethics issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance of the Borealis Compliance Management System covering areas like Insider Trading, Competition Law, Anti-Corruption, and Data Protection.
- Support ensuring compliance with laws and ethical standards.
- Follow legal developments and support preparing reports for the management.
- Support the implementation of compliance and ethics training programs.
- Support the third-party risk assessment procedures.
- Support the development of the Compliance Officers & Ethics Ambassadors' network.
- Support investigations of non-compliant activities.
About you
- Law degree from a reputable law school is a must-have
- Fluency in English and German is a must-have
- 3-5 years of experience in an international company or law firm
- Experience with Austrian legislation and compliance management systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong digital abilities
