As Expert – Digitalization – Produce to Supply within our Digital Solutions organization, you will act as a strategic partner supporting the development, implementation, and governance of digital solutions within the Produce to Supply domain, supporting Base Chemicals operations. You will define and safeguard the strategic application roadmap and architecture while ensuring operational performance of solutions together with internal stakeholders and external partners.
You will work closely with senior management, act as application owner, and drive both innovation and operational activities in alignment with business priorities and divisional objectives.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement enterprise-grade digital solutions and architectures in support of business goals.
  • Steer solution design and implementation while overseeing system interoperability.
  • Own functional and technical specifications of assigned applications and platforms.
  • Drive process optimization, governance alignment, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct change delivery and manage selected operational project activities.
  • Assess emerging technologies and identify opportunities for business value creation.

About you

To thrive in this role, you bring:

 

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT roles within international matrix environments.
  • Proven expertise and business understanding in relevant solution domains.
  • Deep knowledge of architecture topics (enterprise, solution, and domain) and process management.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR 82.400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus. Your salary package will reflect your profile and experience.
