As Group Expert – Digitalization within our Digital Solutions organization, you will act as a strategic partner to senior management, combining strong business acumen with deep technical expertise. You will be accountable for strategic application roadmaps, application ownership, vendor performance management, and domain architecture within the produce to supply domain, with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM).
You will shape, govern, and evolve digital solutions and their integrations, ensuring operational excellence, business continuity, and alignment with enterprise architecture and Digital Solutions standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-grade digital solutions and architectures supporting business processes and strategy.
- Safeguard long-term solution roadmaps, architectural integrity, and compliance with DS standards and security protocols.
- Lead solution design, implementation, and system integration ensuring performance and interoperability.
- Own functional and technical specifications of assigned applications and platforms.
- Drive process optimization and alignment across Digital Solutions domains.
- Manage operational projects and standard change initiatives within assigned scope.
- Assess emerging technologies and identify opportunities for business value creation.
About you
As Group Expert – Digitalization, you will work in a highly visible expert role with significant influence on enterprise digital solutions. You will be working in a highly collaborative, international environment where your expertise will directly shape digital capabilities, innovation, and long-term business performance.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT roles within international matrix organizations.
- Strong technical expertise combined with solid business acumen in relevant domains.
- Deep understanding of enterprise, solution, and domain architecture concepts.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented thinking.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
