Then you might be interested to apply: In order to support strategic projects in the Polyolefins Business Unit, we are looking for a Specialist in the Field of Production Planning and Scheduling with a focus on Product Asset Management and Supply Chain organization. You will be part of a team that is driving business and data optimization projects in Supply chain and Product management areas. You will participate improvement projects with focus on analysing the “as-is” and inventing the “to-be” business processes and tools to deliver optimal performance meeting business requirements. Excellence means never being satisfied with the status quo and always looking for improvements and increased efficiency by finding relevant benchmarking information, bringing outside-in experience, validating new trends and sharing best practices.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Analyses complex business problems and translates them into technical solutions
- Creates communication bridge between business teams and IT teams
- Participates to improvement projects with focus on analysing the “as-is” and inventing and implementing the “to-be” processes and tools to deliver optimal performance meeting business requirements
- Participates to projects with diverse team members (business analysts, subject matter experts, IT specialists)
- Validates process and tool improvement implementations
- Monitors performance of current processes, challenges process owners and brings innovation to achieve continuous improvement
- Delivers trainings concerning improved business processes and tools
About you
- Degree in related field (Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT) – would be a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to navigate in an unstructured environment – structural thinker
- Proven experience in Scheduling or Planning area (Production Scheduling, Material Flow Scheduling, Raw Material Scheduling etc)/Supply chain area
- Proficient in analysing complex business problems and translating them into technical solutions
- Working experience with any of following SAP modules (SAP SD / APO / IBP) or any other ERP system
- Experience in improvement projects
- Ability to talk both business and IT language
- User of advanced MS Excel features
- Fluent in English

Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience and the specifics of the country/location you apply for.
Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law , we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 63.200 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
